This course builds the skills, language and confidence needed to pass the examinations. The course includes practice tests and exams. Through the identification of errors we help the student to eradicate weaknesses and build on strengths.

Your course consists of five complementary sessions which combine core language  skills with specific exam preparation and exam practice. Students can be prepared for a wide range of  examinations including:

BULATS:

The Business Language Testing Service (BULATS) test gives students an accurate assessment of their business English language skills, as well as their general English level. It is the most economical test Linguista offers, and students at Linguista Toronto can take the computer-based online test on site. BULATS is a fast, accurate test of students' listening and reading skills as well as their grammar and vocabulary knowledge. It takes just 60 minutes.

IELTS:

IELTS is now the leading test of communicative English language ability. The aim is to give its students the  best start for their career development.

TOEIC:

TOEIC is accepted by thousands of companies as a proof of English skills in professional communication. The  test consists of a 2-hour multiple choice paper with 200 questions, which test both listening and reading comprehension.

TOEFL:

TOEFL is an American examination and is used by universities in the USA and elsewhere to assess the  English level of students. The exam consists of Listening Comprehension, Structure and Written Expression,  and Reading Comprehension.

• 2010 Fees (price per week):

Students who require a faster learning pace or detailed attention to specific language skills have a one-on-one, individualized program suited to their particular exam goals. A coach specializing in IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC or BULATS exams will guide you to achieve your required score.

Additional individual lessons can be included in each course: 5 hours/week at a price of C$410 per week.
