  This course is designed to deliver maximum improvement in English or French in the fastest possible time. Available every week of the year, and to students of all abilities from beginner to advanced, this highly structured program is designed to give students the skills, knowledge and confidence required to succeed exams, or in their present or future occupation. The course consists of 25 hours of lessons per week in small classes of 8 participants maximum.

  The program has five complementary elements that give the student all the tools they need to operate confidently and successfully in the international arena:

• The Accuracy in Grammar session perfects core grammar skills.

• The Knowledge for a Global Community session allows the student to practise and develop his/her listening, speaking, reading, writing and critical thinking skills via the medium of history, culture, economics, politics and  the arts.

• Skills Training addresses a different skill each day in a workshop alternating between Vocabulary,  Pronunciation, Business Communication, Active Study or Study Skills.

• The Language Focus session is directed towards further language and skills development according to the needs of the student such as conversational vocabulary or exam writing techniques.

• The Spoken Performance Workshop empowers the student to develop their skills in a range of speaking  situations through role-plays, pair work and public speaking activities, often using drama based approaches  to achieve confident performance in the spoken language.
